1.The length of the shearing aluminum sheet shall be allowed to meet the following requirements.When the length of the ordering contract is positive or negative, the deviation value should be half of the corresponding value in the table.

-thickness : 0.2mm -6.0mm  length tolerance  is +10mm for width up to 1000mm,length tolerance  is +12mm for width  1000mm-2000mm,length tolerance  is +14mm for width  2000mm-3000mm,length tolerance  is +16mm for width  3000mm-5000mm,length tolerance  is +18mm for width  5000mm-7500mm,length tolerance  is +20mm for width  7500mm-10000mm,

-thickness : 6.01mm -10.0mm  length tolerance  is +30mm for width up to 3000mm,length tolerance  is +40mm for width  3000mm-10000mm

-thickness : 10.01mm -40.0mm  length tolerance  is +40mm for width up to 3000mm,length tolerance  is +50mm for width  3000mm-10000mm

2.The length allowable deviation of the saw cutting aluminum plate should meet the following requirements.

-thickness: 2.0mm-6.3mm   length tolerance  is ±3mm for width up to 1000mm,length tolerance  is ±3mm for width  1000mm-2000mm,length tolerance  is ±4mm for width  2000mm-3000mm,length tolerance  is ±4mm for width  3000mm-4000mm,length tolerance  is ±5mm for width  4000mm-5000mm,length tolerance  is ±6mm for width  5000mm-7500mm,length tolerance  is ±7mm for width  75000mm-10000mm.

-thickness: 6.3mm-150mm   length tolerance  is+6mm for width up to 1000mm,length tolerance  is +7mm for width  1000mm-2000mm,length tolerance  is +8mm for width  2000mm-3000mm,length tolerance  is +9mm for width  3000mm-4000mm,length tolerance  is +10mm for width  4000mm-5000mm,length tolerance  is +12mm for width  5000mm-7500mm,length tolerance  is +14mm for width  75000mm-10000mm.
